We process and ship all orders on business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays. Shipping charges may vary based on the quantity and delivery location of the product. You can check the applicable shipping fees by entering your PIN code on the product page.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Please note that this is a tentative estimate and may vary based on factors like location and courier service efficiency.
Upon dispatch, you will receive your courier partner details and tracking number via your registered mobile number and email address. If you do not receive this information within 24–48 hours of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order twice or thrice before marking it as undelivered. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete address to avoid delays.

At Flash Hockey, we are committed to providing quality sports gear and ensuring your satisfaction. We handle all returns fairly and professionally, but please note the following important points:
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for:

- Size or fit issues after use
- Custom or modified orders
- Products marked as non-returnable on the website
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include all original packaging, tags, and any free accessories
- A valid original payment receipt must be provided
- Ensure the correct item is returned; Flash Hockey will not be responsible for loss, damage, or exchange errors

If your order arrives damaged during transit, email us at info@flashhockeyindia.com with proof in the form of an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is safely packed in its original packaging for collection.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account.
